Shared Corporate Services AO8/SO leadership development program for 2015
The program for 2015 will include small group coaching sessions in conjunction with undertaking a 360 degree impact assessment for the AO8s similar to that which was undertaken by the EMG and SO groups. The impact assessment and small group coaching would be done with guidance from the external contractors. The SO program will also include individual and small group coaching and monthly large group meeting in which Connect Alliance will provide support and guidance.
This program is being run in conjunction with the ‘in-house’ leadership development program being delivered by Business Transformation’s Staff Engagement and Workforce Capability team.
