General AV fitout for ELH building - prequalification on list of providers
The works detailed in this RFT cover the Audio Visual components required to service the new Engineering Learning Hub at the University of the Sunshine Coast, as outlined in the Scope. The extent of works includes the procurement, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and subsequent maintenance of Audio Visual systems, as detailed in the RFT document, and on the accompanying drawings.
USC will evaluate responses from this tender to award this project, and use this tender as a basis for establishing an AV preferred supplier list. The initial period of the preferred supplier’s arrangement will be for three (3) years with options to extend.
