Principal Consultant Services for the Student Commons/Retail Project
The successful Consultant engaged for this Project will provide a feasibility study that includes concept drawings, specific infrastructure options for the ‘wedge precinct’, and a cost estimate, which will be returned to the USC Executive group for discussion. The Project will proceed to the Design Development and implementation, subject to approval of the Concept Design. It is noted that delivery of the Project may be staged, depending on outcomes of the Concept Design, estimated costs, and the timing of the development of other University facilities.
