Part A

To undertake an investigation and provide a Report on Raynbird Road, Oakey Flat Road and New Settlement Road, Narangba on how to deliver the 11 recommendations of the Parsons Brinkerhoff Report dated 19 December 2013.

The Report will be used by government to consider future works and costing options for any road upgrades considered desirable.

Part B

To undertake an investigation and provide a Report on an alternative transport corridor and separation area from the Narangba KRA to the Bruce Highway.

The Report will be used by government to consider future works, land requirements and costing options for any future transportation corridor considered desirable.
