| Engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide independent program assurance advisor services to the Biosecurity Information Management System (BIMS) Program’s outputs.
The Program Assurance Advisor ("Advisor") will observe, review and guide the Program’s outputs under the Queensland Government’s Program Management Methodology based upon Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®).
The Advisor will deliver program assurance services in accordance with the Whole-of-Government ICT Program and Project Assurance framework.
The Advisor it is expected that the successful vendor will also provide a level of Project Assurance for each of the Program’s constituent Projects In order to deliver the required Program Assurance.
The Advisor will develop a Program Assurance Plan which will detail the activities to be undertaken as part of Program Assurance.
The Advisor will provide regular written reports to the Program Board and Project Boards covering progress, issues and risks relating to the assurance activities.
