BIMS Biomap Implementation Stage 2 Support Services
Engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide spatial development services to assist with the implementation of Biosecurity Information Management System (BIMS) Biomap stage 2.
The Contractor will provide spatial development services to assist with this work, and will specifically:
provide ongoing advice to Customer's personnel to enable the identification and elicitation of requirements to deliver the system so it is capable of supporting a small-scale incident response
assist with the installation and configuration of the solution onto the Customer's server infrastructure
design and develop any additional work-flows identified by business requirements
document the implementation process to ensure the steps are repeatable for a development, test and production release in subsequent stages, and
document a solution system manual which will provide information about level 2 support.
During the implementation process the Contractor will work as part of a team with the Customer and other vendors in an agile and flexible manner to deliver the required outcomes.
