View Contract Details

An invitation is extended to you to submit a written quotation to supply and erect a 30 metre communication’s antenna mast/tower on the Mt Marcella site.  The primary use of this mast/tower is to carry Councils digital 2 way radio antennas, it is anticipated that other users may place antennas and aerials on the site including Qld Police and other emergency services.

1. The design and installation must have the capacity to hold a variety of communication antenna commonly used with digital 2 way communications systems, Council UHF telemetry systems and emergency services.  The tower must have the required ADR, engineering certifications and ratings as well as capabilities to handle lightening strikes to meet communications and site requirements. Provide separate quotes and drawings for individual designs.
2. A secure radio equipment self contained housing/shed (estimates size  4x2x2m) with suitable internal racking to contain a variety of radio equipment, batteries and chargers. It is anticipated that this housing will have a separate lower section to contain batteries with security and ventilation. Solar equipment will be mounted on the roof the structure must be built with this in mind
