This Invitation to Tender aims at establishing a Panel of appropriately qualified service providers through which the following telecommunications engineering services will be procured:
(a) Telecommunications Data Network Engineering
(b) Radio Systems Engineering
(c) Telecommunications Computer Aided Drafting
