The Department of Transport and Main Roads invites offers for the provision of Quality, Safety and Environment Certification Services - Provision of third party certification services to achieve recertification of RoadTek's Quality, Safety and Environment accrediation under ISO9001, ISO 14001 and AS/NZS4801.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide certification of RoadTek's Quality, Safety and Environmental management Systems under ISO9001, ISO 14001 and AS/NZS4801 standards which is due to expire 18 August 2015.
• Conduct a recertification audit of the RoadTek's management systems throughout Queensland to ISO9001, ISO 14001 and AS/NZS 4801 standards.
• To ensure no disruption to current certifications which are due to expire on 18 August 2015 the recertification audit must be conducted between May and June 2015.
• Provide audit reports including non-conformances to RoadTek (the customer) within one month of audit completion.
• Provide acceptance or otherwise to RoadTek (the customer) of Action Plans (which manage non-conformances), within one month of submission by RoadTek (the customer).
• Provide copies of Quality, Safety and Environment Certificates to RoadTek (the customer) or re-certification.
• Travel (including accommodation) arrangements for the auditor/s to complete the Audit Programme will be arranged by RoadTek (the customer) in liaison with the Contractor.  Additional costs incurred during travel (meals and cab fares) will be paid at cost upon proof of purchase, up to the values detailed in Directive 9/11 Domestic Travelling and Relieving Expenses.
