The Department of Natural Resources and Mines' (DNRM) Cadastral and Geodetic Services manage a suit of land related information systems to support land administration in Queensland. These systems are in need of modernisation to consolidate existing databases to better manage data relationships and to provide for current and future changes in business requirements.
A synopsis of the requirement is as follows:
Review the current systems' functionality and business processes
Identify the requirements and business processes the systems will be required to service into the future
Development of a medium to long term vision on how these systems will serve the department into the future.
