Legal Adviser(s) to the Wyaralong Water Treatment Plant Project
Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater seeks tenders from suitably qualified law firms for the provision of Legal Services in connection with the Wyaralong Water Treatment Plant Project.
This is a joint project between Seqwater and the Department of Infrastructure and Planning (DIP). Seqwater will be responsible for the tender and contract processes, as well as oversight and instruction.
Legal advice is required in the following categories:
• Land acquisition and access arrangements
• Environmental and planning approvals
• Cultural heritage and native title issues
• Contracts including but not limited to design and construct contracts
• Other ancillary or incidental legal issues
Seqwater may select one or more firms to provide these services.
