The Hinze Dam has recently undertaken a reconstruction including the raising of the dam wall and the redevelopment of surrounding public parklands along with the construction of a state of the art Visitor Centre with a cafe’ and function area. Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater seeks proposals from suitably experienced individuals or organisations to establish and operate the cafe and manage a boutique function venue within the Visitor Centre at Hinze Dam. The suitable lessee will be required to:
- be aligned with Seqwater values and sustainability charter;
- have previous experience establishing and managing a cafe or similar business; and
- meet the deadline of opening for business on 30th July 2011
Proposals are due by 11:00am (AEST) on Thursday 28th April 2011.
