Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater is seeking tenders from suitably qualified firms to provide Commercial Property and Facilities Management Services. The building at 240 Margaret Street Brisbane is a five level building with an area of approximately 3,500m2. Seqwater accommodate approximately 450 people in the building. The premises must be serviced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is the intention of Seqwater that any Contract resulting from this Invitation shall be for a term of one (1) year, with two (2) options for additional extensions of 1 year each.
