Each year Queensland Rail conducts a review of the Fair Value of all assets held in the Fixed Asset Register in accordance with the requirements of AASB 116.
To support this process Queensland Rail is seeking to engage an external third party to conduct a critical review of the methodologies used and application thereof to recent construction projects to derive estimates of replacement costs for SEQ Infrastructure assets.
