Unitywater invites Offers from Category 2 firms under the Construction Contractor Accreditation Agreemen for the design and construction of a new dedicated inlet water main, and other works, as follows:-
Coes Creek Road, Coes Creek
The scope involves the design and construct of a new dedicated inlet water main, and other works, as follows:-
1,220m of 180mm diameter PE100 PN16 directional drill from between 112 Coes Creek Road and Coes Creek Reservoir;
98m of 150mm diameter OPVC PN16 within the reservoir site connecting to other existing pipes, the reservoir and the new booster pump station;
The above pipes will be provided by the Principal;
A new booster pump station including installation and connection of Principal supplied pump set. The switchboard and generator set will be installed by the Principal. All commissioning will be carried out by the Principal;
Construction of access driveway to the new pump station;
Demolition of the existing Coes Creek water pump station and Towen Mountain Reservoir (0.045ML)
Hall Court, Burnside
The scope involves design and construct of new water mains as follows:-
Replacement of approximately 100m of 100mm diameter AC water main with 150mm diameter OPVC PN16 via open cut;
The above pipes will be provided by the Principal;
Supply and installation of two (2) hydrants and connection to the existing 150mm AC water main via a pressure tapping, and;
Transfer five (5) customer connections to the new water main
Baloo Street, Burnside
The scope involves design and construct of new water mains as follows:-
Installation of approximately 124m of 180mm diameter PE100 PN16 directional drill;
Connection to the existing 100mm diameter AC water main and 225mm diameter DICL water main;
The above pipes will be provided by the Principal;
Supply and installation of one (1) hydrant and one (1) valve via pressure tapping;
There are no customer connections to the new water main
Carter Road & Solandra Street, Nambour
The scope involves design and construct of new water mains as follows:-
Replacement of approximately 160m of 100mm diameter AC water main with 150mm diameter OPVC PN16 via open cut;
Connection to the existing 100mm diameter AC water main in three (3) locations;
The above pipes will be provided by the Principal;
Supply and installation of two (2) hydrants and two (2) valves (1 x 100 and 1 x 150);
Transfer eleven (11) customer connections to the new water main
