The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requires Negotiation Services for the Portfolio, Program and Contract Management (3PCM) and Transport Infrastructure Asset Management (TIAMS) procurements. The scope of this Request for Quote (RFQ) includes the delivery of a negotiation strategy and a negotiation plan, as well assistance to negotiate the contracts where required. Offerors are advised that the selected Contractor must be capable of commencing the services immediately with the proposed commencement date being 8 December 2014.
