The Heath Infrastructure Branch of Queensland Health invites offers from consultants to provide Project Management Services (including Project Manager & Programmer and Principal's Representative & Site Representative) for the Cairns Hospital Redevelopment Project - SP1 Defects Liability Period associated wth Blocks D and SP2 Construction Works associated with Blocks A, B and C and Defects Liability Period.
PQC Level 3 Consultants.
The Client may decline to consider or accept an Offer from an Offeror who, prior to the award of a Contract, does not hold a Certificate of Prequalification, or is not appropriately registered for the Services or the relevant categories, the subject of the Request for Offer, pursuant to the Prequalification (PQC) System released and current at the time and date at which Offers were invited.
