Redland City Council is seeking a Contractor for the design, permit applications/lodgement and construction documentation for works at Junner Street, Dunwich, North Stradbroke Island.
Elements include but not limited to:
Geotechnical Investigation and report;
Permits & Applications review, report and document preparation for lodgement;
Final RPEQ Certified Construction drawings and documentation for:
Rock Armour Seawall;
Existing Carpark interim and ultimate Traffic Management; and
Associated electrical reticulation and public lighting.
