Electronic Ambulance Report Form (eARF) Application Development & Deployment with Managed Service
The major objectives of this purchase are to:
- Replace the VACIS based eARF and associated consensus based approach to developing and enhancing the system.
- Develop a more user friendly system that is customised to Queensland Ambulance Service specified requirements for use on a more contemporary mobile platform.
- Establish a managed service for the implementation and ongoing support and maintenance of the system with a suitable supplier through an open competitive tender.
The proposed term of the arrangement will be for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend for four (4) periods of one (1) year each.
This is an open tender process however Annexure 2 - A-3641 Statement of Requirement for ITO, will only be supplied on a 'need to know' basis after Offerors complete and return of Annexure 1 -A-3641 Deed of Confidentiality and Privacy to the procurement delegate. Annexure 2 will be made available at this time via direct email to the Offerors signatory to the Deed of Confidentiality.

Note 2: A conforming offer for QAS ITO A-3641 cannot be completed without being granted access to technical and functional specification within Annexure 2 by the procurement delegate.
