Demolition of Ex Daff Facility, The Village Estate, Oonoonba
You are invited to submit a lump sum priced tender for the demolition of Ex Daff Facility at the Village Estate, Oonoonba. Works will be undertaken in three parts.
Works include:
demolishing existing buildings, salvaging materials where possible and removing and disposing of remaining materials;
removing in-ground services, including electrical, water and sewerage; and
on completion of the works, backfill the site levels to match existing site levels
Note: There is a mandatory site visit as part of this tender - The site inspection will be held on Tuesday 23 June 2015 at 9am.
