The Queensland Government is seeking tenders for the design & construction of a pontoon to replace the existing pontoon at Abel Point.
The major items included in the Works are:
- Design pontoon, gangway and abutment
- Prepare construction drawings and design report for pontoon, gangway and abutment
- Supply and fabricate pontoon and associated components
- Supply and install pontoon piling including polyethylene sleeves
- Supply and install pontoon gangway
- Supply and install gangway abutment
- Prepare handover documents
- Removal of existing pontoon.
