The Department of Justice and Attorney-General is seeking the services of a Project Manager to manage the implmentation of roof access prevention measures at the Brisbane Youth Detention Centre (BYDC) and the Townsville - Cleveland Youth Detention Centre (CYDC)
It will involve
1. At BYDC - Design and construct works as recommended in the approved IPP Consultancy report
2. At CYDC – (while the BYDC works and being progressed) – Assess the CYDC site, recommend suitable similar prevention measures, then design and construct the approved measures.
This tender is for a PM/Architect to provide Project management, Design, Procurement and Construction Management services. The Construction Contractor will be engaged by DJAG, with assistance of the PM.
The IPP Consulting Report has been provided which was produced to analyse options, research and evaluate alternative measures and recommend the optimal combination of anti-climb measures for each solution at BYDC.
Tenderers are alerted to the clause 23 of the AS4122-2010 Conditions of Offer which reads
23 CONFIDENTIALITY
23.1 The parties must treat as confidential:
(a) the information stated in Item 22; and
(b) all other information which of its nature is confidential or which the parties ought reasonably to know is confidential.
All information provided to potential tenderers within this Invitation such as the IPP Consulting report dated 17 March 2014 is regarded as confidential
