Cafe T Enclosure
USC requires a Principal Contractor to undertake all works required to deliver the enclosure of Café T. The minor works AS 4905-2002 will be administered on behalf of USC by CORE Architecture as project Superintendent.
The enclosureof the University’s Café T area is required to create a useable space for outdoor/indoor dining which will be naturally ventilated. Responsibility of the structural design will be the responsibility of the contractor.
