Only Respondents that engage in this EOI process will be given the opportunity to proceed to a Stage 2 - RFP, if that proceeds.

SEQW02114EOI - NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS<br /><br />Seqwater would like to thank all parties that provided a Response to SEQW02114EOI.<br /><br />As you are aware no contract was to be awarded as part of the Stage 1 – EOI process. Accordingly, no contract has been awarded.<br /><br />Seqwater would now like to advise that an individual letter giving advice about the outcome of the EOI process for each Respondent has been provided by email to each Respondent. The email has been forwarded to the email address provided in Response Form 1 of EOI Responses.<br /><br />Advice about eligibility for feedback has been provided in each individual letter to Respondents.
