ASBESTOS REMOVAL CONTRACTOR THEODORE BARCHAM LINK REMEDIAITON WORKS PRECINCT 4B NORTHSHORE HAMILTON
The Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) invites tenders for asbestos remediation of the future road site within Precinct 4B at Lot 3, 140A Curtin Avenue West, Northshore Hamilton.
The project requires the removal of asbestos and remediation works including:
site preparation
earthworks
removal of asbestos from site and disposal at an approved disposal facility
importation of clean fill
reinstatement of surfaces
monitoring, sampling, and reporting on the asbestos removal process, including seeking removal of the site from the Environmental Management Register (EMR)
traffic management
The Contractor is to provide a construction program for this project, indicating in detail, the manner in which the works are to be constructed, including allowances for the completion of electrical works and landscaping. Works will commence approximately in September 2015.
