RECALL Moreton Island (Cape Moreton)

Removal and Reinstaement of ACM at the following:

  • Cape House 1
  • Cape House 3
  • Powerhouse / Old School House

 

Mandatory Site Inspection & Pre-Tender Meeting:

MANDATORY

The site will be available for a Mandatory inspection on Friday, 18 September, 2015.  All contractors shall meet at the Tangalooma Terminal Flyer at Holt Street Warf, Pinkenba at 6:30am for a 7:00am departure.  Arrival at Tangalooma at 8:15am, leaving Tangalooma on the bus at 8:30am.  It will take approximately 1.5 hours to travel to the Cape (arrival at approximately 10:00am).  The bus will depart from the Cape by not later than 2:00pm to be back at the Tangalooma Warf by no later than 3:30pm (for a 4:00pm departure).

NOTE:  Only two (2) seats per company has been allowed for (a total of 20 seats only).  If you require a third person, please contact us ASAP to arrange.

PRE-TENDER

There will be a pre-tender meeting (which is not compulsory) at Building & Asset Services, Level 1, 19 Corporate Drive, Cannon Hill on Wednesday, 16 September, 2015 at 10:00am.
