Provision of Services for Selected Applications
QUU Information Services (IS) seeks to establish support arrangements with a suitably qualified vendor who can provide structured support arrangements for a select number of QUU’s business applications, as listed below;
Hi-Affinity, QUUs billing system, including interfaces and load routines
Middleware, the applications and interfaces,
QUU Corporate Website (not content),
Data Extracts and Report Writing, mechanisms that extract data from disparate sources across QUU IS systems in varying formats primarily for reporting purposes, and
Crystal Reporting, a reporting solution across a range of applications.
This initiative is part of the IS requirement to provide effective and sustainable support arrangements for key business applications. It is anticipated that QUU will enter into a contract with the successful Offeror for a period of two years with possible extensions of two further one year periods at QUUs sole discretion.
