Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through Building and Asset Services, a business unit of the Department of Housing and Public Works) in relation to Invitation to Offer No. BASO914SEQ for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA or Arrangement) for the provision of Unplanned Maintenance and Minor Upgrade Services for the Principal and Eligible Customers as specified in the Invitation to Offer document. It is envisaged that the Arrangement will be divided across 14 Service Types:

1.        Plumbing
2.        Electrical
3.        Builders (General)
4.        Carpentry
5.        Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Services
6.        Arboriculture
7.        Flooring
8.        Painting
9.        Glazing
10.        Mowing, Slashing and Yard Maintenance
11.        Locksmith
12.        Steel Fabrication / Metal Work
13.        Pest Control
14.        Concrete Work
