The Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services is seeking to procure services to deliver support to young people up to 21 whose child protection order was discharged or expired after their 15th birthday. The majority of these young people will be aged between 18 and 21. Young people between 15 and 17 years, who exited care before their 18th birthday, will also be considered eligible for After Care support.
