Queensland Rail has a requirement for an external consultant to provide audit services for Queensland Rail IT systems for a three year period commencing 1 July 2015. The consultant will be required to develop a risk based assessment of the Queensland Rail IT Universe from which a three year IT audit plan will be derived. Queensland Rail will own the intellectual property in the Audit Universe Plan and consequent Audit Schedule.
