To provide the detailed design plans, project documentation and schedule for the upgrading of the Wollingford Road / Greenmount Drive intersection on the Peak Downs Highway approximately 5.5km west of Walkerston (Inventory chainage 72.742km).

The intesection is to be upgraded to include type CHR and AUL (short) turns into both Wollingford Road and Greenmount Drive from the Highway.
