Provision of Land and Building Valuation Services for Financial Accounting Purposes to the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service
For financial reporting purposes the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service (DDHHS) requires Land and Buildings to be valued or indexed, in accordance with a rolling schedule of physical valuations.
The outcome is that the DDHHS will be able to comply with the Australian Accounting Standards and Treasury Guidelines in relation to the valuation of its assets. The Valuation Services are required to be completed by the 30 April 2015 and have an effective date of 30 June 2015.
