You are invited to submit a lump sum tender price for the design and construction of 3 spec dwellings for inclusion in the new Tannum Blue Display Village. We will require three dwellings in the following configurations and on the following lots:
Lot 15 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1 car garage.
Lot 41 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 car garage.
Lot 174 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 car garage.
The contract will include full turnkey packages for all 3 dwellings and will be subject to Design Guideline assessment; compliance of which is mandatory (refer appendix F – Tannum Blue Design Guidelines). All site preparation works will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer and costs for this should be included in the final tender price.
