ICT Support Services for Helensvale State High School
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is seeking offers from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of onsite ICT Support Services for Helensvale State High School.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
Provision of 3 onsite ICT support staff to provide continuous daily support for the school's computer network clients, comprised of approximately 3000 users and 3,500 devices including desktop computers, but mainly student laptops, both school owned and BYOD.
It is anticipated that three (3) ICT Support Resources will be required to provide the Services on a full-time equivalent basis. From time to time, a fourth, junior (Optional ICT Support Resource) may also be required.
