Licensing Process Integration Project
The role of the Business Process/Workflow Analyst will be to:
• Development of ‘AS IS’ and ‘TO BE’ Business Process Diagrams using documentation tools such as ARIS, BPMN or Visio • Business Requirement Documentation • System Configuration and workflow analysis • Facilitate workshops, prepare high level project reports, and negotiate effectively • Research, analyse, interpret and report on a range of possible solutions to complex business and technical issues relevant to the Project; • Assist in the identification and mitigation of risks that may affect the successful implementation of the project; • Other duties are directed by the Project Manager
