Offers are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and organisations to undertake a review of the Public Library Grant Program. The outcome of the review is to create a methodology for the distribution of 2011-2014 triennium funds to support universal access to quality library services with particular emphasis in addressing areas of need.
The methodology will support the revised Service Delivery Model for State Library of Queensland Services for Public Libraries.
