This Request for Proposal (RFP) is the second phase in the procurement process to appoint a Principal's Contractor to design and construct the bridges, noise barriers and other civil and associated works required to enable the duplication of the single track under one civil and structures D&C contract. The first stage of the process completed by Queensland Rail was the invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI).
