Gympie Regional Council seeks to partner with a vendor to develop and deliver a SOE (Standard Operating Environment) for Council’s Microsoft Windows platforms, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and associated patch management, providing the benefits of:
• Improved security, administration and support
• Greater IT process automation by use of application packaging and automated builds
• Rationalisation of Council’s application suite
• Reduced support time, enabling support staff to focus on other projects
