For the Supply and Installation of a Research Inverted Point Scanning Microscope
The purpose of this Invitation is to obtain competitive offers from suppliers who can supply, deliver, install, provide training for and maintain a Research Inverted Point Scanning Microscope at the University of Queensland’s Centre for Clinical Research (UQCCR).
This instrument is to be used for research purposes to acquire publication quality images and videos of live cells, in particular, oocytes. The instrument will ideally provide state-of-the-art imaging with extremely low-level light exposure without significant signal loss, and with minimal out-of-focus blur, to provide non-toxic high resolution of living cells over many hours of maturation, typically 16-24 hours.
