The Customer Service Team in Environmental Services and Regulation Division will undergo significant change over the period from now to July 2016 as a result of business changes caused by the commencement of the Connect IT system replacing ecotrack. To help manage this change process to ensure the success of the Connect rollout, it is necessary to engage an experienced change manager to advise on managing the change.
