A contractor is required to undertake a review of the stormwater quantity aspects of the Stormwater Master Plan (SMP) as follows:
• Undertake a review of the SMP, with particular emphasis on the choice of parameters and methodology;
• Undertake a review of the hydrology modelling (XPRAFTS)
• Undertake a review of the hydraulic modelling (TUFLOW)
