Prefeasibility engineering assessment of potential flood storages for the Callide Valley Flood Mitigatio Study

The Department of Energy and Water Supply (DEWS) is seeking offers for the pre-feasibility engineering assessment and costing of potential developments to increase the flood storage capacity of two existing dams and constructing a new dam for flood storage within the Callide Creek catchment.
The intent is to provide significant mitigation of floods of size similar to those that have occurred historically recognising that little mitigation may be achievable for larger floods.
These assessments will be an input to the overall Callide Valley Flood Mitigation Study currently being undertaken by DEWS.
