Project Management Services for the Construction of Sewerage Treatment Plants at Eurong and Dundubara Fraser Island
1. Background and objectives
Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) intends to tender for the replacement of two sewage treatment plants on Fraser Island and requires a contractor to oversee day to day project management of the construction works.
The projects are anticipated to commence end March 2016 for completion by 30 June 2016.
2. Scope
Included:
Project and contract management of the Dundubara and Eurong Sewage Treatment Plant capital projects through delivery to close out stage.
All relevant approvals prior to, during and after system construction will be obtained by the Project manager with consultation with QPWS representative.
Excluded:
QPWS will tender and develop contracts for construction of both systems.
