Queensland Rail’s Q-class Power Baggage Car (QPB) fleet was procured in 2002 to complement the existing L Series fleet to service the regional routes that Queensland Rail operates throughout the state.
Queensland Rail is seeking proposals from suppliers competent in the overhauling of locomotive hauled passenger rollingstock to undertake heavy maintenance and compliance works on the QPB fleet.
