| The University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) is seeking Proposals for Thompson Institute Fitout Project Stage 1b.
USC requires a Principal Contractor to undertake all works required to deliver Stage 1b of the refurbishment of the ground floor at the Thompson Institute, to provide enhanced accommodation for USC’s Clinical Psychology Unit.
The contract AS 2124 -1992 will be administered by USC and USC will act as the project Superintendent.
The Stage 1b refurbishment of the University’s Thompson Institute is required to create consulting rooms, a reception area and consumer centre to support the Clinical Psychology Unit of the Thompson Institute.
Works include the fitout of the ground floor, demolition of the adjoining tenancy and entry structure, and installation of external sunshades (separable portion).
