This RFQ does consist of Part Offers. QUU may, at its sole discretion, accept one or more Part Offers from one or more Offerors.
Offerors may submit Part Offers for one or more Sites. QUU will accept Part Offers only if all works and deliverables required for one or more site in the Part Offer is priced.
