Emerging Leaders Program
REQUIREMENTS
The Department is seeking to engage a provider with the capability to research, develop, facilitate and support the leadership development activities.
Offers are sought from suitably qualified providers who can deliver;
An Experiential Leadership development program
Specific features of the program include, but are not limited to:
1 experiential leadership program delivered between 1 July 2016 and 30 June 2017 (with the possibility of offering the program again in 2018 and 2019)
program cohort of up to 26 participants who are in the AO7-AO8 and equivalent classifications
conducted over a 9 – 11 month period
work based learning, structured around existing or upcoming projects/responsibilities
on-the-job learning and development incorporating a coaching strategy
peer learning
Multiple whole of cohort workshops, which could include a residential component, using an action learning methodology.
