Development of Staffing Resource Allocation Models (SRAM)
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is seeking offers for the design and development of Staffing Resource Allocation Models (SRAM) and subsequent implementation.
The solution will enable DET to manage resources using a comprehensive staffing allocation model to enable accurate multi-year resource planning. This will integrate with other departmental systems to support decision making that provides equitable staffing allocations for resources in schools to achieve better educational outcomes for students
It is expected that the successful solution provider must deliver:
1.A solution based on the currently used SharePoint and Excel Services platform
2.Support to transform VBA code within Excel spreadsheets
3.Techinal review and input to the redesign of current spreadsheets
