View Contract Details

The project is to be known as the Dudley Denny City Library.

The works involve the construction of a public library on the first floor of the existing building, with entry foyer and vertical transportation elements fronting Victoria Street on the ground floor.

Generally, there is no other works on the ground floor of the existing building complex in this contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract documentation.

The scope of the works involves all building and service works required to complete and commission the library.

The works exclude the following packages;

1. Landscape package on North terrace, builder to make relevant service allowance for the landscaping,
2. Green Wall at Foyer entry, builder to make relevant service allowance for the green wall,
3. Car park works and associated external civil works at rear car park,
4. Northern building and façade works adjacent rear car park,
5. Furniture, RFID equipment, IT equipment and other loose fixture package (FF&E),
6. Aquarium – Builder to make relevant service allowance for the aquarium.

Tenderers are to note that this is a fixed lump sum contract and is not subject to rise and fall.
