| Contractors prequalified at R3 F10 and above are invited to tender to construct two overtaking lanes at the following locations on the Bruce Highway (Proserpine to Ayr):
- Location 1: 29.575 - 30.900km North of Proserpine (North of Dingo Creek)
- Location 2: 42.670 - 43.889km North of Proserpine (South of Emu Creek)
Queensland Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry and Building Code 2013 apply to this contract.
Tenderers must be accreditated under the Australian Government Construction OHS Accrreditiation Scheme ( the Scheme) established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 (BCII Act). When entering into contracts for building works, as defined under Section 5 of the BCII Act, the successful tenderer must ensure their accreditation is maintained under that Scheme while the building work is carried out.
